How can he be? The words are wild.

No; what the poet did write ran,
'The man is father to the child.'

Gerard Manley Hopkins S.J. (Stratford, Essex, Inglaterra, 1844 - Dublín, Irlanda, 1889) fue un sacerdote jesuita y poeta británico.
